Shipping 

Pups Path strives in shipping your products to you as quickly as possible.  All products ordered by 1 PM  EST are processed on that day through the system and any others are processed the following business day.  

Please note that although we would love ❤️ to immediately give you a tracking number, your item must be packaged, labeled and sent through the correct mail carrier for your delivery before we are able to provide this to you.  

We aim to provide tracking numbers within 24-48 hours from placement of your order but some manufacturers do take a bit longer to package your items for safe transport.  (Typically the bigger items).  

Please feel free to message us at anytime regarding your order and we will have our pups do some happy tail wagging research on your behalf to “dig up” info on your order!
