Pre-Orders are processed by our payment providers and you may billed prior to your product being shipped. Your item will ship as soon as it available. Pups Path will do it’s best to keep you up to date on the status of your order. Please add “email@example.com” to your address book so that you do not miss any communications from us.
Refunds For Cancellation Of Order:
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Pups Path, LLC and EZ Pet Care Solutions. All Refunds are subject to a minimal 15% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All refunds will be issued within 10 days of the approval of Pups Path
If for any reason Pups’ Path, LLC reaches out to a customer regarding an order and the customer does not respond after reasonable attempts have been made by Pups Path and 48 hours have been allotted for the customer to respond, Pups’ Path, LLC may refund the purchase price of the product minus a 15% processing fee at their discretion.
